Legal User Agreement for Space
1. Contract & Development Terms
When ordering a software service from Space, time scope and cost are agreed upon. Any additions outside the initial scope may incur extra costs.
2. Source Code Ownership
Client receives usage rights for the product, but Space core libraries and codes remain intellectual property unless the contract specifies full source code handover.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and the courts of these countries have jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
